2000” AUTOMATION FOR SWINGING GATES
This is an irreversible automation with an elegant design. The system
is supplied by 230 V tension located in the engine and by 24 V in direct
current located in the auxiliary circuits.
When associated with this own switch-board it develops its best functionality
because, as well as detecting ODS obstacles and starting the maximum MPS
power, it gives the opportunity to regulate the rotation speed and the
slowing down of the shutter.
Moreover, if equipped with buffer battery the system offers a great variety
of service manoeuvres even without electric energy.

AUTOMATIZATION
FOR SLIDING GATES
The motor-reducer “ONDA 2000” is conceived for up to 300 kg
gates in blocks of flats and for up to 500 kg sliding gates for residential
use. It is made up for a worm screw permanently lubricated motor-reducer
with an anodised aluminium body which is equipped with an electronic apparatus
inside the hood.
The “James box” alarm system can be integrate in garage opening
systems.
ONDA
2000 is a gear motor for large and heavy sliding wings, designed for intensive
and industrial use.
Practical, robust and reliable, this electro-mechanical gear motor houses
the A86M equipment and the braking system in the standard version. It
also has a customised key release system.
ONDA 2000 is silent and highly-functional, whatever the temperature: from
-20° to +70°C, thanks to the oil bath gear motor, with irreversible
reduction unit eliminating the need for additional locking systems.
Auto-reverse safety is ensured by an adjustable clutch which reduces the
trust force of the gate as it moves if it meets an obstacle. The ONDA
2000 gear motor has a built-in gradual approach unit, for both opening
and closing, handled by the electronic control device to prevent mechanical
stress to the gate structure.
The "ready to use" version, complete with foundation plate,
is ONDA 2001, a gear motor with built-in T22 electronic control equipment
and Unico Memory System SE Radio receiver (super-heterodyne).
It can be used for applications with any type of window including those
fitted with security grates and mosquito nets.
It consists of an aluminium beam which acts as a support for the gear
motor (two in the event of two wings) and a PVC guard. The beam and guard
can be cut to size to enable application with shutters of varying sizes.
Buongiorno is easy to install without having to modify the shutters or
carry out building work, even in the event of existing shutters.
Absolute convenience
BUONGIORNO enables you to open and close the shutters in your home without
having to open the windows simply by pressing a button. In Winter, when
it is cold, in Summer, if your windows have mosquito screens, and whenever
it is hard to access the window, Buongiorno is ideal for opening and closing
your shutters.
Security and durability Buongiorno is fitted with an electronic clutch
which behaves intelligently depending on the absorbed current. The shutter
is stopped if it meets an obstacle during movement thus protecting the
user and the gear motor.
This device means that the installer does not have to make any limit switch
adjustments. If there is a mains power supply failure the user can open
or close the shutter immediately without having to unlock it. An electric
lock can also be fitted for greater security. The card can also be connected
as an interface with alarm systems. The FE card can also be inserted in
an electrical cabinet as it is fitted on a special DIN bar support. Aprimatic
provides you with an extra tool to make installation even easier.

The Apricot Manager software was developed by Aprimatic in order to make
installers’ work easier. This software not only guarantees all the
traditional access management functions ( user identification, lost code,
hierarchic access etc…) but it also can be used to manage your client
database ( guarantee management, maintenance management).
SECTIONAL
AND FOLDING INDUSTRIAL DOORS
The sectional door offers wide range of application in the industrial
field with strengthened wheels, double trolleys and guides with different
thickness.
You can carry out up to 7 m wide and 6 m high lightning systems.
The hinged joints of sectional doors are hidden inside the panels.
ADVANTAGE OF INDUSTRIAL SECTIONAL DOORS
The industrial sectional door not only offer the above mentioned technical,
aesthetic and hygienic effects, but also guarantee a good functionality
without ground placed guides and whit the frame out of the working rage
of industrial vehicle.
The folding main gate is the most classical industrial lock, “an
evergreen” due to its reasonable price and versatility.
Our company’s investment in this project resulted in our top product
“POLAR” made with insulated panel about 52 mm thick without
the ground placed guide and with the perimetrical supporting frame.
The panels can be produced either with a 5-10 m thick embossed plate available
in white or in a 8-10 m thick smooth plate available in white, red, green
6005 and blue.
For bigger sizes ( up to a height of 25 m), our range of products includes
the “ folding door line”, made with the classical ground placed
guides.
